Love, Your DadAlmighty God

Valued by God

Lately when I read the word of God I am truly on a High. The Holy Spirit leads me to scriptures or study notes that indicate God's love and our value in Him (I'm blushing).

Psalms 119:73 Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands. 119:94 Save me for I am yours; I have sought out your Precepts.

Romans 12:3 Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgement, in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you.

There is a serious issue today with Low-self esteem with people in the body of Christ. I am Learning that God wants so badly for us to move away from feelings of worthlessness, insecurities and inferiority. If we are all those negative things then How do we view God. I mean He created us in His image. So that means you look just like Him... If He is an Awesome God and you are His Child what does that make you.... Wait for it... An Awesome Child of God! with Awesome brothers and sisters. Pick your head up. U are Loved! God doesn't favorites... Once you Accept Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour... Your self-worth comes from our identity in Christ (study notes)! Your are Qualified (Colossians 1:12) and accepted in the beloved (Ephesians 1:6) so let your light shine!

Only He knows how to love you...Love Him everyday with all that you have.

Lest we forget

Hosea 13:6 When I fed them, they were satisfied; when they were satisfied, they became proud; then they forgot me.

I shall not forget you. How great you have been to me. Lovely you are in the Heavenlies. I thank you Father for giving me a chance to get to know you. Help me to enter into the depth of your mind, the inner parts of your heart. Help me to be more like you day by day. The more I am taught in the world I want to run back to the sustaining living word. They say the church has failed them... but it hasn't failed me. U gave your life up for the church and I truely appreciate you. I like that fact that I don;t have to live this life alone. I may mess up but you are right there lavishing your, loving kindness on me. Though I don't deserve it. You continue to be what No Man/Woman can ever be... GOD! Only you can feel the voids, the issues the pain and heal from the depths of my soul. I Thank you once more.

Lest we forget God bring us to the cross, lest we forget show us when we were lost. Lest we forget convict our hearts, lest we forget open our eyes, lest we forget Bring us back to the basics.

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. My Soul Kissed God Last Night

Rule number one. Don't kiss on the first date I was told. An unwritten code for young ladies to follow. I must say... There must be an exception to the rule. In this case rules were meant to be broken. I must Confess: My soul kissed God last night.... Yes! Him who is robed in majesty called for me.... A rendezvous so sweet. In my room alone where no one could see... as I read his Love letter dedicated to me. He whispers "Trust in me with all your heart." With my heart outstretched to Him. He lavished me with His love. Slowly drifting into a place of solace, gently entering into his presence, peacefully. Letting go of the sin that so easily entangles... detaching myself from the cares of this world. How Great is He who intricately wired me to respond to Him so beautifully.

Pursuit of peace

We rush from one destination to another frantic about keeping up with our schedules. In the process we are anxious, annoyed and irritated if we miss one of our “important” obligations. At the end of the day we are overworked, burned out and no good to anyone. Here is a word of advice… relax! We must have peace with God, peace with ourselves and peace with others. If you are lacking in any of these three categories you must evaluate your life.
Peace with God: Rom 5:1 8:37, Colossians 3:15, John 8:44, John 10:10
Jesus governs our lives. We do not obtain peace from success, money, and big promotions. We find peace in the kingdom of God by being right with God (righteousness), leaning our whole weight upon him (trust) and surrendering our will (what our flesh wants to do) we’ll find peace, and joy within us. In order to do this we must know our enemy is Satan and that he is the father of lies and a thief. He is on guard trying to steal our blessings but as Christians we must fight the good fight of faith by planting the word of God in our heart and acting upon it.

Peace with Yourself: Rom 8:6, Psalm 139
Remember you create your own schedule. Give yourself breathing room in between daily events approx. 30 minutes before and after an event. Rushing starts in our minds, once we slow down in our thoughts our actions will follow suit. Many of us walk around with this dark cloud over our heads. We feel as though we are not worthy and end up having a poverty mentality, which leads to a mediocre life. When we do not accept ourselves (flaws and all) we are insulting God. You are not a mistake! God does not make mistakes. You are fearfully and wonderfully made! God knit you together in your mother’s womb. Stop allowing Satan to feed lies to you. You must be whole, in your health, finances, thoughts and relationships. Allow God to work in areas in your life that need change.

Peace with Others: Matthew 7:12, Phil 2:3-5, 1 Corinthians 13
Finally we must esteem others as higher than ourselves. We must adapt ourselves to their needs. Pride hinders that act. It is an unwillingness to admit fault or to take responsibility for ones actions. Humble yourselves before people and be eager to assist them in an area they may be weak in. We must also learn to say no and choose which activities to be involved in, in doing that we create stability and healthy boundaries for the people in our lives. Aggressively pursuing peace is a daily process. We will maintain a quiet inner life when we have peace with God, ourselves and others.
